These terms of use apply to all business courses offered by Wylde Consulting. The courses are designed to develop management skills through structured strategy instruction. Individual support is not part of the standard offering.
Participants receive access to the provided materials for the duration of the course. Passing on or reproducing the content is prohibited. Wylde Consulting reserves the right to update or adjust course content at any time.
The courses convey strategies for developing management skills. A specific professional success or concrete improvement in performance is not guaranteed. Wylde Consulting is not liable for damages arising from the application of the conveyed content.
The course fees must be paid in full before the course begins. A refund is possible within 14 days of payment receipt, provided that no access to the course content has been granted yet. After the material has been activated, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Both parties may terminate the agreement at any time without stating reasons. In the event of a breach of these terms by the participant, Wylde Consulting reserves the right to immediately block access. Fees already paid will not be refunded in this case.
